Hi, I'm Kasey
I’m an entrepreneur, author, speaker, consultant, and healthcare business owner—but long before any of those titles, I was a clinician trying to figure things out one step at a time.
Over the years, I built and scaled multiple businesses, including Mindsight Behavioral Group, while navigating the realities that so many healthcare practice owners face—growth, systems, staffing, leadership, metrics, operations, cash flow, and the constant balancing act of serving people while leading an organization.
What I discovered was simple: many owners don’t need more information. They need practical support, stronger systems, better visibility, and people who understand the journey.
That became the foundation of Mindsight Partners.
Why Mindsight Partners Exists
Mindsight Partners was created to bridge the gap between education and implementation.
This isn’t just a collection of courses or coaching programs. It is an ecosystem designed to support healthcare practice owners at different stages of growth through practical resources, community, education, accountability, and strategic support.
Whether someone needs a Content Pack, KPI resources, group coaching, leadership development, operational guidance, or deeper consulting support, the goal is the same:
To help healthcare organizations grow more intentionally.

What We Believe
✓ Growth should be intentional.
✓ Systems create freedom.
✓ Metrics tell stories.
✓ Leadership matters.
✓ Healthcare owners deserve support too.
✓ You should not have to build alone.
Beyond The Business
Outside of consulting, I’m also an author, speaker, mom, wife (almost), and entrepreneur who believes that storytelling matters just as much as strategy.
From writing books to creating communities, hosting events like Meet You in Kentucky, and building creative spaces like The Hip Kiln, my work has always centered around helping people build meaningful things.
Because growth isn’t only about numbers.
It’s about people.
