Meet Cierra Garrow

Cierra is a Registered Psychotherapist and Registered Marriage and Family Therapist based in Ontario, Canada. As the first Canadian Consultant on the Mindsight Partners team, she brings a rare cross-border lens to private and group practice development. She supports practice owners in growing accessible, sustainable, and high-integrity services that honour both client care and clinician wellbeing.

Cierra is the founder and CEO of Cambrian Counselling and Wellness, a fully virtual psychotherapy and wellness clinic serving clients across the entire province of Ontario—one of the most geographically expansive regions in North America. In addition to virtual care, Cierra leads a nature-based, brick-and-mortar-free practice offering adventure therapy, culinary therapy, equine-assisted psychotherapy, walk-and-talk sessions, and ecotherapy.

Cambrian Counselling and Wellness operates as a teaching clinic, where Cierra mentors and supervises clinical interns through structured training programs designed as employment funnels. Her supervision model integrates developmentally appropriate feedback, humility, and strong clinical documentation standards—building future therapists who are confident, ethical, and reflective.



She is an approved clinical supervisor with many Canadian and American universities and colleges and has also contributed to Indigenous-informed social work and mental health curriculum development for post-secondary programs.

Jenn Bovee, LCSW, is a distinguished mental health professional recognized for her expertise in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. 

Her practice, The Mental Wellness Center, is deeply rooted in neurodiversity affirming principles, ensuring an inclusive and supportive environment for all clients. Jenn's areas of specialty are expansive and inclusive, catering to individuals involved in Kink/BDSM lifestyles, non-monogamous relationships, and polyamorous communities. She is also dedicated to supporting clients with chronic illnesses, helping them navigate the complexities and challenges that come with long-term health conditions. 

In addition to her clinical work, Jenn is an accomplished author, having penned two insightful books: "How To Learn To Love Yourself" and "Soaring with Chronic Illness." These works reflect her commitment to empowering individuals to lead fulfilling lives despite the challenges they may face.

Meet Samantha Goldberg

Samantha Goldberg is the Founder + CEO of Open Space Counseling, Consulting & Wellness, a multi-location practice with employees across the state of Pennsylvania. Since 2018, Open Space CCW has expanded to a diverse team of 30+ clinicians, leadership staff, and support staff, and offers a graduate-level internship program for rising clinicians who want to gain more competency in serving the LGBTQIA+ community.

If you've been around Sam, then you’ve probably heard her coming from a mile away, and you know that she is passionate about group practice ownership. With a “nothing is off limits approach”, Sam also provides speaking, training, and consulting services through her consulting business, Unleashed Impact. Sam loves working with group practice owners who want to leverage the power of inclusivity to drive growth and elevate client care, create systems that increase efficiency and allow them to scale (hellooo spreadsheets!), and improve their culture and recruitment strategies.

Meet Tara Vossenkemper

Tara works with group practice owners who are passionate about creating a thriving workplace with humanity at the center and structure as the outgrowth.

She is the Founder and Visionary of The Counseling Hub, a group counseling practice with locations in Columbia and Jefferson City, Missouri, as well as the Founder and Lead Consultant with Vossenkemper Consulting, a consulting agency for practice owners. Tara has a zest for culture, vision, values, organizational structure, and employee morale.

On a personal note, Tara is known for her colorful language, obsession with The Office (US version), and love of hashtags (#AllDay). When she’s not working, Tara can be found chasing her three young kids, trying to find some quiet time with her husband, and thinking about her next creative endeavor.
