I've hosted Meet You in Kentucky for years.
Every year, attendees left with pages of notes, practical strategies, and ideas they couldn't wait to implement.
But something shifted at our most recent retreat.
As people packed up to leave, they weren't talking about the presentations.
They talked about the conversations.
They talked about the friendships they formed.
They talked about feeling understood.
They talked about laughing.
Reflecting.
Slowing down.
Several handwritten notes simply said,
"My cup has been refilled."

That's when I realized something.
