Metrics Mastermind Cohort 1

The Metrics Mastermind is a 9-month, data-driven coaching experience designed to help you stop guessing and start leading your practice with clarity.

Every two weeks, you’ll complete a simple dashboard tracking key performance metrics. During our bi-weekly calls, Kasey and Kelsey will review your data, identify trends, uncover hidden problems, and help you create a clear action plan for growth.

This mastermind focuses on the numbers that truly drive your practice, including utilization, retention, revenue per clinician, intake conversion, capacity planning, and more.
